History

When planning their next vacation, the Simpsons decide to go to North Dakota since it is the only state that they are allowed to enter. Bart then gets excited because he wants to see Mount Rushmore, but Lisa points out that the monument is South Dakota.[1]

While driving Bart to a disciplinary camp in northern Oregon, Homer passes a sign that reads "Mount Rushmore - 20 feet out of your way!"[2]
