George Takei (born Hosato Takei; April 20, 1937) is an American actor and activist. He voiced Akira Kurosawa in the season 2 episode "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish", a waiter in the season 13 episode "A Hunka Hunka Burns in Love", Wink in the season 10 episode "Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo", and a sushi chef in the season 24 episode "What Animated Women Want". He was going to appear in the season 4 episode "Marge vs. the Monorail", but was replaced by former Star Trek co-star Leonard Nimoy. He voiced himself in the season 27 episode "The Burns Cage".

He was also interviewed in The Simpsons: Celebrity Friends, The Simpsons: Mischief & Mayhem, and The Simpsons: Access All Areas.
