Cosmic Wars Episode VII: A New Take is a film in the Cosmic Wars series.

History

Homer illegally downloaded it and showed it to the people of Springfield for free. When Deputy Director Gratman and the FBI crashed the screening to arrest Homer, he tried to escape and Bart played part of the film to stop the FBI, as their weakness was watching pirated movies.

Plot

The opening text starts to run, saying that due to a rift in the space-time continuum, episodes I, II and III never happened. Later in the film, there is a fight between three bounty hunters and a Jedi aboard a ship.

Behind the Laughter

The text saying that due to a rift in the space-time continuum, episodes I, II and III never happened. This is a reference to many fans of Star Wars disliking the prequel trilogy. The film is also a reference to the unreleased seventh Star Wars film.
