During the class watching Bart on the TV in his cell phone as punishment let Edna him write on the blackboard. When Bart wrote a while he discovers that someone else has written with the board and not erased, but not with chalk it's written in blood. Bart tell that to Principal Skinner and Willie, Bart tell to them that is Sideshow Bob but it is not blood, it turns out to be ketchup. After Bart is complete with the blackboard, he receives a text with the text I will kill you Bart. He tell it to Lisa but she believes he is paronid.

During the sport, they play in basketball and Bart will then have a ball knocked to his head head with the text Get ready for sudden death! But he do not know who threw it. When Bart comes home, he tell that he is afraid to Homer, which is mad for his expensive phone bill. Bart tell then that he believes Sideshow Bob has escaped from prison and is after him and ask him to call Wiggum. Homer set then on the television series Big House Live that broadcasts live from the prison where they show Sideshow Bob is in the kitchen and cook a Flaming Vengeance, Bart wonder then who is it who wants him dead.

The next day, Bart discovers that everyone in school except his is dressed in prison clothes and during the school day, he becomes close to have as concrete block in the head, particle board over his head, and get hot French fry oil over him and get stabbed. Bart then tells Skinner at someone tries to kill him but he can not do something, there's no evidence. Skinner instead give Bart a week's detention for not wearing the school's new dress code, prison clothes. Bart tries to explain again to Lisa that someone wants to kill him, she does not listen and instead throw a stone into Bart's neck, she tell she did it because she felt like it. Bart then asks if it's because he give her Malibu Stacy dolls to the dog, this may Lisa hunting after Bart.

Lisa calms down after a while and the family are at home and watch Big House Live in which Sideshow Bob explains that he has help from his spirtual advisor and now he want to make peace with the world and not kill a young boy. A picture of that spirtual advisor is in the screen and Lisa tell to Bart at she recognize him. Lisa and Bart start to looking on copies of the show and Bart and Lisa discover that they almost always see Sideshow Bob's spirtual advisor and he has a pocket watch, and they realize he is a hypnotist. They pause the DVD and find that in some seconds they show the text, Vote for Bob. Be Like Bob. Lisa tell that it is so all become like Bob, they use hypnosis with subliminal messages into the programme so anyone who sees the programme wants to kill him. Bart becomes really scared and outside the door is the residents of Springfield which want to come to play with Bart, when they see Bart in the house, he escapes and starts chasing him. Bart manage to escape the crowd and he decides to dress up as Sideshow Bob and tell to the mob to leave Bart now, but they realize that it's Bart and intend to kill him, but then came the real Sideshow Bob and with his hypnotist and he get all of Springfield to forget what happened.

Bob then tells then in the TV that he got them to stop when he realized that all life is sacred and he does not want an angry mob to kill a helpless, Bart, Lisa tell then to the viewers that it's because he wants to kill Bart himself and Bob acknowledge it. Chief Wiggum came then and tell that like all reality show has they a twist, there was never any parole, that was just a way for the city to save some money and get some criminals out of they temporarily overcrowded jail. But because they did not have to pay to feed him they even managed to save a few bucks on the side for the Police Retirement and Buffalo wing. Sideshow Bob ask then it's that he have no reason to change his ways, his facing life in prosion no matter what he do and Wiggum confirms that. Sideshow Bob start then to hunt Bart at his home, and Bart asks for help from Homer, but he can't leave the TV program that he watch, with showing live the hunt between Bart and Bob.
