Wikisimpsons:Pages for deletion
Pages for deletion (PfD) is where editors discuss whether a page should be deleted. Articles listed are normally discussed for at least five days after which the deletion process proceeds based on community consensus. Then the page may be kept, merged or redirected, moved to another title or deleted.

Nominations
Goku, Neytiri and Raphael (Future Cop!)
Not article-worthy. They have no dialogue and only the one appearance of background characters costumed as them for the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con in Future Cop!. Also, the person tagged as Raphael looks like the Hulk, not a ninja turtle. -- Mythigator (talk) 18:35, October 7, 2018 (EDT)
- Disagree, they are fine according to the notability policy. The Solar Dragon 05:33, October 8, 2018 (EDT)
- Oh, and Raphael is sort of behind the Hulk, mostly obscured by The Flash. The Solar Dragon 05:33, October 8, 2018 (EDT)
- Disagree with the disagreement. See the "Crossovers" section of the policy. I don't see how they qualify as notable under any of the other line items. I see what you're talking about with Raphael, but he's still in the background. -- Mythigator (talk) 20:58, October 8, 2018 (EDT)
- Oh, and Raphael is sort of behind the Hulk, mostly obscured by The Flash. The Solar Dragon 05:33, October 8, 2018 (EDT)
- Sorry about being snippy, Solar. Yesterday was a rough day at work; today was a good deal better. I'm still not sure how those articles meet the notability guidelines, but it occurs to me that keeping them around can actually do the wiki a good turn. For instance, some overly loquacious Highlander might use them as a springboard for building a cultural reference article or two. :-) Mythigator (talk) 21:11, October 9, 2018 (EDT)
- Withdrawing the nominations. I found another Neytiri appearance without even looking all that hard. -- Mythigator (talk) 23:18, October 9, 2018 (EDT)
David (Close Encounters of the Nerd Kind)
This is actually David Hasselhoff. When Bart zaps him from Kang and Kodos's ship, he's singing "Hooked on a Feeling", a pop tune from the '70s which Hasselhoff covered in 1997 for his album "Hooked on a Feeling". -- Mythigator (talk) 23:43, November 10, 2018 (EST)
When Pets Go Postal
Dubious notability, only mentioned in passing in one panel of a comic story. The article When Cartoon Animals Attack Other Cartoon Animals was previously deleted for non-notability, and it too is only mentioned in passing in one panel of a comic story. They're either both notable or both not notable; it doesn't make sense for one to be notable and the other not. We should either delete When Pets Go Postal or reinstate When Cartoon Animals Attack Other Cartoon Animals. -- Mythigator (talk) 01:06, April 26, 2019 (EDT)
