Springfield Arms is an apartment complex in Springfield. It is Comic Book Guy's place of residence. The police once raided the apartment to arrest Comic Book Guy for a den full of illegal videos uncovered at The Android's Dungeon. The Simpson family went there once to look for a place to stay after their house was infested by termites.
