Our prisons are overflowing. Maybe you could let a few convicts slip through the cracks? The only thing slipping through any crack is your Mayoral underwear! Spoken just like a true superhero. But we'll need somewhere else to send the extra felons. Perhaps other Springfields… Message You now have a team of 2 Felons you can take to other Springfields. Use them to battle your friend's heroes. Message Keep fighting your friends to unlock stronger Felons as well as cool prizes! Task: "Use Felons to Fight Heroes in a Friend's Town".
