In cases of extensive inbreeding such as yours, it's never easy to tell what deformity was caused by what. Better make an appointment. Task: "Make Cletus Go for a Checkup". It takes place at Hibbert Family Practice and takes 10 minutes. Quest reward: 100 and 10
