Ohio State University is a public university in Columbus, Ohio.

History[edit]

When Seymour Skinner was a child, he wanted to be a drummer in a marching band. He applied to Ohio State University, sending them songs and choreographies. His mother then told him he got rejected and hid the letter. Years later, Skinner found the letter and found that he had been accepted, and Agnes had lied to him. The director of admissions had offered him a full scholarship to the university as they wanted to use his formations and they wanted him to replace the marching band director after his studies.

Skinner later visited the university to see if he could still get in, only to be told that he couldn't. He then took a furious self-guided tour of the campus. The mascot, Brutus Buckeye, called him a loser. So Skinner pushed Brutus into a statue of Woody Hayes.
