Metal As Anything is a Simpsons Super Spectacular comic story featured in Simpsons Super Spectacular #12.

Plot

Bartman come to see Professor Frink, Frink has made a watch that he who is wearing the watch turns into a pretty Lady. Frink provides Bartman some new bartarangs. Frink tell that one of his new bartarangs freezes your enemy, one has speed sneezing power and one plays easy listing jazz. Bartman ask Frink what he has in his vat, he tell that it is his greatst creation, metal robot, he just nedd human DNA which it will encode their personalites. Bartman accidentally activate his bartrangs which have sneezing power when he stands beside the vat and accidentally drops the bag with his famils clothes that he would leave for the laundry. This causes an explosion and creating Holmium, Molybdenum, Lithium, Magnesium and Barium. Frink tell that his perfect robot have been corrupted, the robots become angry and escapes from the lab.

Meanwhile at Springfield Nuclear Power Plant is the lunch and Homer dropped his lunch bag when he sneeze by Carl's pepper mill into a tank of radio active hard water. This causes an explosion and creating a monster that Lenny calls Gastro. Gastro leaves the plant and begin to visit Springfield. Bartman has begun to follow the robots that he created and find them at the Kwik-E-Mart. Bart grabs Magnesium to take her back to the lab, but Bartman burn himself when he grab her. Bartman thinking using his frezzing Bartarank but Barium see what is going on and save his sister by throwing Bartman out of the store. Lithium fool Bartman to jump into the Poolmobile and when he is in the pool takes Holmium his last Bartrank who play soft jazz. Holmium becomes frightened, but Molybdenum tries to calm him down. Bartman tell them all at their remind him of some people he like and they tell him that they feel it too. They see then the monster, Gastro raging in Springfield and they all start attacking him, but they can not stop him. Bartman runs away, he got an idea. He borrows Apu's sticker gun and put a date on Gastro with the text Best Before May 1995 this made so Gastro explodes.

Holmium, Molybdenum, Lithium, Magnesium and Barium is now locked in a setup that Frink has done which the like and Bartman tells Barium that he designed the room. Bartman gives Apu back his gun and see that he sells sandwichs from the remains of the monster. Homer then enters the Kwik-E-Mart and buy the sandwich and tells Bartman that he would like to be a superhero as him. Bartman tell when you have a super power, an iron stomach.
