Stories

‘’ The Prime of Miss Lisa Simpson

Bart creates a newspaper story in which he claims all the teachers at Springfield Elementary are illegal immigrants resulting in their deportation. The school's response is to replace all the teachers with the highest achieving student in each class, thus leaving Martin Prince, Jr. and Lisa Simpson as the new teachers. Naturally, despite their effort, the students do not respect them. Lisa's biggest problem is helping Ralph Wiggum achieve a passing grade but notices he easily remembers everything he watches on television. Lisa instead records her lessons and presents them to the class on TV while Martin promises his class monetary rewards if they listen. Both techniques successfully motivate the students and the grades increase. However, all the teachers return and everything goes back to normal, except Bart is now the bus driver.

Part Two Of:

‘’ It's a Wonderful Knife

After having a nightmare about his own demise, Itchy invites a poverty stricken Scratchy to his home for his annual Christmas party. Scratchy, possibly suspecting a ruse, decides to dress up as Santa Claus and bring a box of bombs wrapped as presents to Itchy's to ruin the party. Scratchy tries repeatedly to leave the explosives, but ends up maimed and defeated each time. Itchy, meanwhile, has no idea this is happening and asks his guards if Scratchy has shown up at all. Scratchy finally manages to sneak in and leave the bag of bombs under the tree. He races home to watch them go off, but before they do Itchy's butler returns the sack to him. He his blown to the North Pole where Mrs. Claus beats him with a newspaper. Itchy then creates a New Years Resolution list which includes tormenting Scratchy all year for missing his Christmas party.
