Epilogue is an event-exclusive premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Superheroes content update. It required Radioactive Man to be obtained.

Pt. 1

After completing Conclusion Now that I am Lead free, I will fight crime in our city wherever it lies! Task: "Make Radioactive Man Seek Out Crime". The job takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 2

After tapping on Radioactive Man's exclamation mark I'm impressed! Fallout Boy and the Sky Finger brushed and flossed this city's dark cavities clean! Maybe I can finally find time to recharge my superpowers in the deep-end of a mud bath. Task: "Make Radioactive Man Relax". The job takes place at Kane Manor or the Radioactive Man Statue and takes 8 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10
