The Rockstar is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released in the Treehouse of Horror XXIII content update, although the quest requires level 5.

Dialogue

After tapping on Otto's exclamation mark Hey Bart dude! Hey Otto, what have you been up to? Check out these sweet new strings. Task: "Make Otto Jam on the Guitar". It takes place at the School Bus and takes 4 hours. The player receives 200 and 20 in reward. I can lay around all day, play guitar, and still get money. I love this new Springfield!
