The Empire State Building is a building in New York.

History

In Bart's dream, Homer, resembling King Kong, climbed up the Empire State Building.^[1]

King Homer once grabbed Marge from the Empire State Building and climbed up it, only to get shot at by planes.^[2]

Real life

During the 30 years celebration of the show, the Empire State Building was lit yellow to celebrate it. The cast of the show pulled the switch to activate it.^[3]
