Charles A. Ragins is a former character layout artist and background designer for The Simpsons.

Ragins won an Emmy in Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation for his work on "Postcards from the Wedge" and was nominated for a 2014 Annie Award in "Outstanding Achievement, Production Design in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production" for "Treehouse of Horror XXIV" along with Lynna Blankenship, Dima Malanitchev, Debbie Peterson and Jefferson R. Weekley.[1]
