History

A make-up artist is about to pamper Mr. Burns, however he tells her to get that "fowl grease paint" away from him saying the he doesn't wear make-up. Smithers tells him that he actually does, saying that it gets slavered on every morning when he is asleep. He shows Mr. Burns that without make-up he is a skeleton and, while doing so, a snake slithers out of his eye socket and down his throat. Burns then says that he will have a little bit of make-up put on.

A news reporter then announces how he will appeal to the voters. Next Burns is live on television saying right after Halloween and that he wonders what he'll go as.
