The The Metal Krusty-O is a prize in Frosty Krusty O's.

During a normal breakfast, Bart was eating a box of Frosty Krusty O's. Unaware that inside there was a jagged metal Krusty-O, or as Krusty claimed, "a prize," Bart ate the piece and later got a stomach ache.

Later at school, he begged his teacher to let him go to the nurse. After a couple of dozen seconds or a small nail manicure, Mrs. Krabappel finally excused Bart. As he entered the office, he noticed something shocking. Instead of their normal nurse, she had been replaced with Lunchlady Dora. Bart asked her if she could provide any treatment for his wound, but she told him all she could do was give him a few vitamins.
