Monty's Morphin Power Wrangler is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #212.
Synopsis
- "Power mad powerbroker Mr. Burns makes another power grab on the pocketbooks of the citizens of Springfield with his newest power-propelled product ˆ„ the electric car! After all, those greenhorn Greenpeace-niks needs some form of clean energy transportation to promote their anti-greenhouse gas activities that runs, of course, on electricity provided by the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant! Everyone is pretty happy about it, except for the Rich Texan who discovers that Mr. Burns' new vehicles are tapping into his copious crude oil cash reserves!"

Mr. Burns tells
Lisa that he want to invest in her idea, to build electric cars because he believes he will make more money when the cars using his electric. Lisa is happy to Burns finally want to help the environment.
Homer visit
Moe's which has started with a trivia night but then Homer is just being laughed to when he can no answer, he asks Lisa for help to become more intelligent. Mr. Burns builds his new car, the
Burnsmobile. The Residents in
Springfield is doubtful to buying a new car but Lisa tells the benefits it has and they starting to buy it. Mr. Burns is offered by
Rich Texan to sell his car business to him for five billion dollars but he does not accept it. Homer tries to come up how he can be smart when Lisa does not want to help him, he discoversethat soda bottles have trivia in the cap and start reading them to become smarter. Rich Texan visits the
Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and destroys Homer's control panel so the entire city is without power and no one can use Burns cars. Rich Texan challenge Burns in a car duel, the winner get to take care of the car business in Springfield. Homer continues to buy soda and read the cap while Burns takes help of
Professor Frink so he wins the duel. Homer visiting Moe's for the next trivia night but discovers that
Moe cancell it for the smart didn't drink. Homer becomes worriedfor he can't forget what he learned but Moe tell him to drink because it makes so that he forgets. It's time for the car duel and Burns has made his car into a transformer which also Rich Texan has done. The two begin to fight with each other, Lisa tries to stop them but fails. Homer is then arrive for watch the duel and he prevent Burns from controlling his robot. Lisa and Homer succeed then together to stop the robots from fighting. All cars is destroyed simultaneously and Springfield's residents start cycling in anticipation that they will more cars which pleased Lisa.
