Noiseland Video Arcade is a video game arcade located in Downtown Springfield. It is a popular place for the youth of Springfield, mostly Bart and Milhouse and once even Homer. Bart and Homer competed in a boxing video game on their home game system and because Bart remains undefeated, Homer receives practice and tuition at Noiseland by one of the best game boxing players, a kid called Howard. Most of the video games are the favorite of the kids, but some are really bad, like Kevin Costner's Waterworld. Noiseland once had an old Donkey Kong outside to promote the place.
