When [[Joe Quimby]] finds out the tunnels after they had made a tunnel to the [[Springfield Town Hall|City Hall]]'s emergency bunker, he force [[Springfield Police]] to take over the tunnels. The kids decide to make a revenge and digging a tunnel to the power plant where Bart after reading the [[Homer]]'s operator's manual made the town be warmer and the tunnels melts.
