The Itchy & Scratchy animation cel is an animation cel from The Itchy & Scratchy Show.
Bart saw the cel advertised on TV and decided to buy it, using Homer's credit card. After several days, the cel arrived, and Bart was disappointed to see that it was merely Scratchy's arm. He then took it to The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop to see how much it was worth. Comic Book Guy gave him a Mary Worth telephone in exchange for the cel, since the cel was worth so little that only the phone was a fair trade.
