Trivia

  • Spoiled brat Gavin and his mom are seen in the SHØP food court. They are first seen in Marge Be Not Proud.
  • The store SHØP is, strangely enough, spelled with a Danish "ø" where "ö" would be the correct one.
  • In this episode, Apu is shown as childless. He also has a niece in the episodes "Lisa the Beauty Queen" and "Grade School Confidential", Pahusacheta, who is acutually his brother Sanjay's daughter. However, Pahusacheta is often mistaken for Apu's daughter.
  • After the episode goes forward 9 months, Marge says she had a brief period as Sideshow Marge at Krusty's show. (she is seen with a bone at her hair as Sideshow Mel)
  • In one scene, Chief Wiggum's left hand (our view) is a different shade of yellow than the rest of his body.
