A Shrimp in Time Pays Fine is a Radioactive Man comic story first printed in Bongo Super-Heroes.
Plot[edit]
As the rest of the Superior Squadron go to fight against Adolf Hitler in the war, Captain Squid is sent to patrol the ocean. Captain Squid is annoyed at this as people don't recognize him as a hero since his heroics are done under the sea, out of the eye of people. When Captain Squid is in the ocean, he meets two brine shrimp, one of which is called Cathy. Cathy talks to Captain Squid until Captain Squid asks if she is a brine shrimp.
