Plot[edit]

Ralph sells his comic book collection to Comic Book Guy for eighteen dollars. Jimbo then tells him to count it, as he thinks there is nineteen dollars. After Ralph's failed attempt at counting it, Jimbo convinces Ralph to "let him go home and count it" while Ralph waits. Ralph waits all night until the next day when he needs to hand in an "important report" to Miss Hoover. Kearney then promises that he will hand it in for him while Ralph looks for Jimbo. Ralph starts to look for Jimbo in places such as down the drain and in a fancy restaurant. Later, at lunch, Dolph tricks Ralph into letting him eat his sundae. That night at dinner, Chief Wiggum scolds Ralph, then tells him that he will give him eighteen or nineteen at the racetrack tomorrow. The next day, the bullies (who overheard the conversation) get Ralph to sign a note asking Wiggum to give THEM the eighteen or nineteen, only to be forced to run laps. It turns out that Wiggum normally punishes Ralph for things like letting bullies trick him out of his money by making him run thirty laps, but he decides to make it nineteen, one for every dollar Ralph lost.
