After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark

The player receives "Slack-Jawed Yokel Pt. 1" which is to "Build Cletus's Farm". It takes 5 minutes.

Next Quest: Made with U.S.D.A Letter-Graded Beef Pt. 1

Task: "Plant Tomacco" and "Harvest Tomacco." The task takes place at Cletus's Farm and takes 30 minutes.
