Simpsons Comics #15 is the 15th issue of Simpsons Comics in the UK, and was released in April 30, 1998.

What's the Frequency, Simpson?
Homer is on the roof and trying to fix the TV antenna while Bart controls the remote. Ned tells Homer that he is using his cable and does not need the antenna causing Homer to get mad with Bart, but Lisa gets him to calm down. Bart and Lisa go to the comic book store and passing a TV store where the customers complain about the poor supply. Bart and Lisa decide to contact the Public Access channel to make their own TV shows to change what the TV contains. The show is appreciated by viewers and the next day at school Bart and Lisa let their classmates participate in their television programming. The viewing for the programs are soaring and 71% of all viewers in Springfield watch the show. The TV networks are trying to get Bart and Lisa close down the show, and although they don't want to the pair are quickly overworked. Mr. Burns makes a deal with TV giants and gets the reverend to speak ill of the Simpson's programs, but during the sermon the audience forced him to he change the subject. In the television studio Bart and Lisa are tired and sit on the TV and see Itchy & Scratchy making Lisa realize that they have been working like slaves and not really enjoying life. Bart realizes that it has been too much hardwork and they did not earn a dime. Lisa says they have been crazy to have thought that they can change what TV contains. They discontinued the show and everything returned to normal, but Bart proves not quite ready to let it go yet.

Headlight Comics: The Dame and the Clown
Marge is unhappy as her husband, Homer, has joined the Navy. She visits Moe's Cafe, where she meets her new husband, Krusty.
