Dan Povenmire (born September 18, 1963) is a former character layout artist and storyboard artist for The Simpsons. He is best known as the co-creator of Phineas and Ferb, along with Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, where he also voices the show's villain, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. He is also a former longtime director of Family Guy which he left to co-create Phineas and Ferb. He also directed some episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants.
