Marvin Frederick Hamlisch (June 2, 1944 – August 6, 2012) was an award-winning American composer and conductor. He will voice himself, in a flashback scene, in an upcoming season 24 episode "Gone Abie Gone".[1][2] He died three months before his episode aired.
