In disgust, she goes to the gym teacher, who tells her that she won't fail if she joins one of the "Pee-wee" teams in town. She is bad at everything she tries. At [[Bart]]'s hockey game, he starts hitting things at her and she defends them like a top-notch goalie, so [[Apu]] brings her onto his team. When she starts winning games, she gets more respect than Bart and they start a rivalry. Their rivalry is taken to a new level when Bart's team is going to play Lisa's team. With the game tied at the end and the result coming down to a penalty shot by Bart, they both experience harmonious flashbacks, causing them to remember their love for each other.
