Adjusting Your Self-O-Stat is a mail-order videotape on self-help by Brad Goodman and hosted by Troy McClure.

History

Marge ordered the videotape after she found out her family thinks she nags too much and she and Homer watched it together. In the film, Troy McClure said that Brad Goodman gave him a job and a can of fortified wine. Brad Goodman then said that he wasn't happy that Troy was still drinking, but at last Troy was down to one from more than fifty. Brad Goodman then showed the viewers how they could change their lives.
