Christopher Charles Collins (born Christopher Lawrence Latta; August 30, 1949 – June 12, 1994), also known as Chris Latta, was an American actor and stand-up comedian.

He was the original voice of Mr. Burns and voiced him in the season 1 episode "Homer's Odyssey". He also voiced the America's Most Armed and Dangerous presenter in the also season 1 episode "Some Enchanted Evening". He originally recorded the dialogue for Moe in the same episode, but his lines were redubbed before broadcast by Hank Azaria. He left the show to return to his original comedy career, and died in 1994 from a cerebral hemorrhage.
