Carl Adolf "Max" von Sydow (April 10, 1929 – March 8, 2020) was a Swedish-French actor. He voiced Klaus Ziegler in the season 25 episode "The War of Art".

Matt Selman announced on Twitter that he directed him for some lines over the phone on September 23, 2013.[1] In March 2014, Selman stated that the French studio where Max von Sydow recorded his lines refused to send the audio tracks until the check from FOX cleared.[2]
