During Halloween, animated Bart and Lisa are trick-or-treating at the graveyard when a zombie emerges from Frank Grimes' tomb to devour the children souls. They manage to escape to their house and hide under the couch. The zombie enters the house and ends up eating Homer's soul instead.

This couch gag was animated by John Kricfalusi, who is best known for being the creator of The Ren & Stimpy Show.
