History

After Lisa won the school spelling bee, she received a model of the planet Mars. It was a dodgeball with MARS spelled on it.

Bart was once stuck in a cupboard at school where he memorized the order of the planets in the solar system, including Mars.

Nelson flew to Mars, where Eddie Muntz was working on a secret project.
