The Ab-Miser is a fitness machine.

Marge saw a commercial for the Ab-Miser where Rainier Wolfcastle said that the machine was the number one workout not recommended by fitness experts and the only one to be endorsed by genetically modified fitness monkeys. With bake sale season approaching, Marge decided to buy the machine.
Four to six weeks later, the machine arrived, and Marge struggled to put it together, working up a sweat while doing so. When she finally put it together, she got stuck in the machine and had to go to see Dr. Hibbert at the Springfield General Hospital.
