The New Evergreen Terrace is a quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. The first part of the quest is obtained after completing Springfield Cleaners Pt. 2. Later parts of the quest are unlocked as the player levels up.

Dialogue

Pt. 1

Since we're the only ones here, it's up to us to rebuild Springfield! Or we could just move to Miami. Think about it -- flamingos, palm, trees, t-shirts that say "Miami" on them... It'll be easy! Or at least that's what I'm telling you to get you to do it. We'll start with our own street! (If the player does not place the street on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. Task: "Build Evergreen Terrace". The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: Road Message Now just drag from the road to create a street. We built a road! I feel like Robert Moses in the giant book that took me two years to read. The next quest is: Who Needs the Kwik-E-Mart

Pt. 2

Requires Level 3. After completing Working Hard. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark It's kind of lonely around here. We should rebuild one of our neighbor's houses. Woo-hoo! The sooner I get neighbors, the sooner I can borrow their stuff and never return it. Task: "Build the Brown House". It takes 12 seconds and the player receives 100 and 10 in reward. (If the player does not place the house on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. Build: Brown House Who even lives there? I'm not sure. They don't come out much. But I'm sure they're nice.

Pt. 3

Requires Level 4. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Evergreen Terrace is starting to take shape. Now we need to build the Flanders house. Okay. Let's start by looking for the spot on the map furthest from any place I'd ever want to go... But Dad, Mr. Flanders is our neighbor, so we'll have to move the Kwik-E-Mart somewhere first. *grumbles* Okay, but I better get an achievement for this. The player receives "The New Evergreen Terrace Pt. 3" which is to "Move the Kwik-E-Mart" and "Build the Flanders House". It takes 1 minute 30 seconds and the player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Ned Flanders is a new character. Build: Flanders House (If the player does not place the house on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. New Character: Ned After tapping on Ned's exclamation mark Hi-dilly-ho, neighborenos! Stupid Flanders, getting into the game so early.

Pt. 4

Requires Level 6. After completing Slack-Jawed Yokel Pt. 2. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Purple House". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: Purple House

Pt. 5

Requires Level 7. After completing Made with U.S.D.A Letter-Graded Beef Pt. 1. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Blue House". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: Blue House

Pt. 6

Requires Level 8. After completing Thrillhouse Pt. 2. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Pink House". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: Pink House

Pt. 7

Requires Level 9. After completing We Do Need Yes Education Pt. 2. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the White House". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: White House

Pt. 8

Requires Level 12. After completing The Dungeon Keeper Pt. 3. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Orange House". It takes 2 hours. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward. Build: Orange House
