Sideshow Clobber and he intends to take revenge on Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl. Stretch Dude and Clobber girl is competing in a charity dodgeball game against
Professor Frink's solid steel robots when Stretch Bob and Sideshow Clobber are coming and disturb them and manage to capture them and start to play tetherball with them. Bob and Clobber tell the audience that they are now the towns new overlords and
Mayor Quimby gives up. Bob and Clobber explains his plans for the city to the audience which will begin with after they have murder Bart. Lisa tell them that they need to get through her first before they can take Bart. Bob and Clobber has thought about it and about to sawing Bart and Lisa. Bart asks them of how are the boss and they start arguing about who's is it and they beginning to destroy
Springfield during their fights. Bob and Clobber are tired of exhaustion and Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl catching them because they had managed to be free by themselves and capture them both, and the two going and celebrate the victory with ice cream.
