Cecil complains to Wiggum that he never had to do it and they discovered that he is not registered in the prison register as he is set free. Cecil moves into [[Dr. Colossus]] old house and under the time Lisa eat dinner she get upset when no one listens to her but only to [[Bart]]. Cecil thinking on a plane so that he becomes famous as his brother and after dismissed Bart Simpson, he chooses to kill Lisa Simpson. Next week get Lisa death threats by the mail and Bart gets upset that he did not get it and [[Marge]] contact the prison where Sideshow Bob is and his still there. When Lisa comes to the school, she notices that they reduced the music budget and banned saxophone at the school. After the school, Lisa goes to the library only to discover that the [[Comic Book Guy]] bought it. Bart still do not understand why Sideshow Bob is looking for Lisa, and when it is time for the [[Krusty]] and Itchy & Scratchy issuspended. Later in the evening announced it on the radio that [[Springfield Elementary]] is permanently closed and Lisa gets even more depressed, but Bart is happy. Bart and Lisa go to the house and when they are outside the get kidnapped by Cecil who think throwing them in boiling water. Lisa lets him first to tell you about her plan and it turns out that Homer's nerd friends was on everything. In the middle of discussion between Lisa and Cecil about his plan come the police and arrest him and rescues Bart and Lisa. It turned out that Lisa suspected they would be kidnapped and called the police, and like most villains, he is dependent on the Stockholm Syndrome. Plot
