See No Evil, Hear No Evil! is a Radioactive Man comic story featured in Radioactive Man #216.
Synopsis
When Radioactive Man is coming home after visiting Washington D.C. for a few days he finds out that Fallout Boy has disappeared and he finds a photo of him, dressing like a hippie.

Bleeding Heart and Radioactive Man visit The Poster Pit, the place where the photo was taken. It turns out that the owner, Ms Boyle really is the Black Partridge, which uses their psychedelic force to stop them from attacking her. Bleeding Heart asks her to stop doing that and tell her that they are good just like her, which manage her to stop using the power and they tell her why they are here. She sees that the note that he is holding in the photo is a flyer about Spoon-In, she tells them that all visitors to the event coming back brain-washed. However, she has an idea how they can access the event without being affected and giving them protection clothes. The event takes place in Mounth Zenith so they start to drive to the place, they stop outside O'Neli's Cafe, for Brenda must stretch her leg, but when Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart goes into the cafe gets she knocked down by someone. When Bleeding Heart and Radioactive Man after a while are ready to proceed to the event they discover that Brenda is gone, they believe at she had gone in advance to the Spoon-In so they go there.
The event starts and the leader the Reverend Dim Sum Spoon tell the visitors how they free themselves from proactive minds and have to connect with their ego attachments. Thereafter are some brain-washed hippies up on stage one of them is Rod. Dim Sum Spoon telling the visit that there is a unbeliever her and he asked them to tear them and the visitors are beginning to tear Radioactiveman and Bleeding Heart, and it turns out that Hypno-Head is Dim Sum Spoon. He begins to hypnotize them and short has them in his power. He places them on an atomic laser cannon, before he lets Brenda firing it which he has hypnotizes he tells his plan for them, he will become the new president with help from the hippies. Brenda fire the laser cannon but instead of the fire, it becomes dark, Fallout Boy has taken off the power and he removed Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heat and they start attacking Hypno-Head and his friends.
Fallout Boy told them that he was never hypnotized, the photo is his lost twin brother Dodd Runtledge, but because they had caught Hypno-Head has now he and his friends come out of the trance. Dodd told them that he has amnesia and decides to send him to military school.
