Milhouse's Guide to Keeping it Cool is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #38. The comic has since been reprinted in Bart Simpson: Prince of Pranks.
Plot
Milhouse tells readers about how to "keep it cool" in elementary school. Milhouse is being bullied, and when Jimbo tries to wedgie him, his underpants rip apart, and Milhouse runs off.
