Maggie's Crib is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #56.
Synopsis[edit]
When Snake burglarizes the Simpson home, it's up to Maggie to scare him off.
Plot[edit]
The scene is the Simpson home in the middle of the night. Snake climbs into the house through the living room window and shines his flashlight around, looking around for things to steal. He makes enough noise to awaken Maggie, who climbs out of her crib and goes downstairs to investigate. She peeks around a corner and through a doorway to see Snake putting valuables into a gunny sack.
Looking for help, Maggie finds Santa's Little Helper asleep on a throw rug. She wakes him up and points in the direction of Snake, evidently trying to sic the dog on the burglar.
