Mike's son is a young boy who goes to the Springfield Elementary School. He gets a copy of the photo of Homer and Princess Kashmir, and is yelled at by his father, who then gives it to his friend, Al. It is possible he has a twin sister that attends [1]

His appearance is basically indentical to that of Milhouse's friend.
In the episode Homer's Odyssey he is seated next to a girl that has similar features as him. This might imply it's her twin sister since boot are in Bart's class.
