Plot
Part 1: Weight a Minute
The Simpson family visit the Springfield Summer Fair and Marge give some money to Bart and Lisa so they can enjoy themselves. Bart tells how he thinks they're going to spend their money, they should invest the money in Professor Frink that promises double your money back if he robot, Estimatron 3000 can't guess the correct weight.
Bart lets the robot scan him with his laser and guess the correct weight, 65 Lbs so Bart and Lisa have now lost their money. Lisa is mad at Bart, but he tell to her at he had a plan, he tells a sob story for Sea Captain and Chief Wiggum how Frinks robot trick him, and they promise to talk with him. Meanwhile, Bart eating free candy samples. Professor Frink let Bart makes a new test to prove that the robot was right, but now he has gone up with six ounches making Frink forced to give Bart dubble the refund. Frink then tells Wiggum and Sea Captain that he fooled them but they do not believe in him. Frink is arrested and he kicking the robot that begins to run amok in the market.
Part 2: Bart's Springfield Freakout
Lisa is a bit mad at Bart who spent all his money on every single booth and game and now only have a dollar left. Bart spend with Lisa his last dollar on the World's Best Freak Show, which promise $500 if the exhibits it's not 100% alive. Bart and Lisa do not like what they see, the half man, half fire-breathing insect monster it's Bumblebee Man, the world's biggest baby is Barney in baby clothes. The bearded lady is Jasper, dressing as a woman, the living potato is Ralph in a potato costume, the World's Smallest grizzly bear is a hamster. Bart and Lisa go to complain but they get none refund, they did not say that they must be 100% real. Bart is mad, he been cheting this time by and he now never get to see any real sideshow freaks in Springfield, but Lisa cheers him up and tells Bart that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction and asks Bart who knows who he'll bump into next. When this is shown in The Mini Adventures of Winnie The Pooh, after Lisa tells Bart that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, John Clesse said, "Who knows who Bart will bump into next in a enchanted place called the Hundred Acre Wood?"
Part 3: A Fair To Remember
Bart is tired of Lisa, she has riding at a pony for two hours. Lisa tells Bart he would not be wasted money on junk food and games with so much time left there. Bart asks if he can get money from Lisa, but she tell she spent the rest of her money to ride the pony until they close. Lisa advises Bart at he should go to Homer. Bart goes to Homer and Marge, but instead of giving him money, they just laugh at him. Marge tells him that he tries the same thing every year, he must learn from his mistakes. Bart sees then that it's time for the Annual Springfield Fair Hog-Calling Contest. Bart goes up on stage and begins the shouts of a pig throughout the show, the pig, which actually is Homer starts to calling after he calling him fat. Homer takes off his fair clothes and begins to run against Bart to strangle him. Bart sees Homer is heading towards him and starts to run away and the two began to run through the whole fair. Homer gets mud on himself before he gets greased by pink cotton candy and happen to get a Halloween Jack-O-Lantern on his head. Lisa sees Bart and Homer are heading and colliding with the costume contest in the children and throw the lasso over Homer from her horse. While Frink's robot, Frink, Sea Captain and the police are on their way into it.
In the costume contest is the last chance to sign up when all them came in there and collidate. Frink wins $500 dollars which is also Homer and Lisa does. Marge get the award best mothering skills at the fair, which only is a certifacate. Bart is then upset that he didn't get anything, though he cheated Professor Frink, he made his father mad, which together did so they all got there so he wants some credit. Bart then gets the honor of participating in "Dunk a Bart."
