The Mr. Plow Mysteries! is a Simpsons Winter Wingding story that appears in Simpsons Winter Wingding #10.

Synopsis

"When the snow is too deep for the police to do their work, Chief Wiggum forces Homer to take his plow out of retirement to help him solve crimes. "

Plot

Homer is given the mission by Clancy Wiggum to be Mr. Plow again after his police car is snowed in and he need him to drive around the town. Homer hesitates at the first but the family convinces him. The first scene is Kwik-E-Mart where mobs has stole one of Apu's syrup containers and selling bootleg squishees made of snow outside his store. They telling the Clancy and Homer at he gave them the machine. They decide to play bad and good cops to get bullies to confess but the failed. Apu then have proof that it is his for the syrup expired a long time ago. And those who drinking it begins to see visions.

Next crimes are at Burns Manor where the dogs have been stolen after Waylon Smithers failed to train them for the annual dog sled race in Alaska. Both Clancy and Burns believe Smithers is the guilty but Homer smells something and follow it to a tool shed where the dogs are exhausted after eating a lot of bacon. The shoe size leading to the tool shed is not Smithers so he becomes free.

Next crimes are on the Springfield Retirement Castle where Jasper is dead and stabbed with a popsicle after a fight with Abe. Clancy and Homer freezing at the retirement home, Grampa has hot cocoa and both trying to drink it but they pouring it on Jasper instead which wakes up because he he only had was only frozen.

Clancy and Homer drives to Moe's where Barney snitch at Moe Serving endangers penguin part as hot wings. Homer believe that Moe did not make it and it was Barney who gave bullies the Squishee syrup and turned down the heat at the retirment home. The reason was that Barney could be Plow King again and Homer can nothis task as Mr. Plow. Barney confess and Homer says he also twittered about everything. Moe invite them take some Squishee syrup which Otto sold to him and they begin to see visions, Barney apologize and Homer accept it if he can eat a piece of his arm.
