France is a country in Europe and the Capital is Paris. It is famous for it's food and the Eiffel Tower. Bart visits France in a student exchange program with Adil Hoxha. Homer and Carl Carlson visit Paris on a business trip and the whole Simpson Family visit when Bart moons the American flag.

In the Treehouse of Horror VIII short "The HΩmega Man", Mayor Quimby insults France and they launch a nuclear attack at Springfield, killing everyone except the Simpsons while mutating several other surviving citizens.
