"Post Neutered Pets" is an episode of The Itchy & Scratchy Show. The writers of the show had likely been replaced by the emotionless alien Pod People when the episode was made, as was happening to large portion of Springfield.

Plot

Itchy and Scratchy dressed as painters, as they slow green paint pour down a grey wall, Itchy emotionlessly comments that the paint is dying is drying and Scratchy slowly says yes.
