Task: "Upgrade Monsarno (to Level 15)". Task: "Upgrade the Opera House (to Level 5)".
Quest reward: 100 and 10

After completing Pt. 1
Task: "Upgrade Monsarno (to Level 20)". Task: "Upgrade the Opera House (to Level 10)".
Quest reward: 100 and 10

After completing Pt. 2
