Mr. Burns' Casino was a casino owned by Charles Montgomery Burns. It was located on the Waterfront in Springfield.
When Springfield was going through an economic downturn, a town meeting was held and Mayor Quimby decided to legalize gambling. Mr. Burns then opened up the Mr. Burns' Casino on the Waterfront, where he had many fond memories from his childhood. The casino originally proved to be a success, drawing in many guests and making a lot of money.
When Marge went to visit Homer at work, she found a quarter on the floor and used it in a slot machine. She then quickly became addicted to gambling. One day when Marge was at the casino, Maggie got lost and almost got eaten by Anastasia, Gunter and Ernst's tiger. She was saved by Barney and returned to Marge, who resumed gambling shortly after. Eventually, after Marge didn't come home to help Lisa with making a costume for school, Homer had to drag Marge away from the casino.
Homer became a blackjack dealer at the casino, getting moved from the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. One of the blackjack games Homer dealt for was played by Raymond Babbitt and Charlie Babbitt. Homer caught Raymond counting cards, but kept asking him to show him the trick again as he was interested in it...
