House of Too Much Yarn is a yarn store located in India where the Kwik-E-Mart president is based.
History
Apu visited the store to see the president when he needed help getting the Mega Kwik-E-Super Store shut down, which he successfully did with the president's help.
Behind the Laughter
Apu's dialogue implies it is the Kwik-E-Mart Central Office from the episode "Homer and Apu", however the building in the episode has a different name and color scheme.
