Plot
Madame Eczema has captured the Superior Squad and is about to do a live performance for the cameras. Captain Squid sees a water pipe over Eczema's head and tries the pipes burst in order to drench Madame Eczema and make her makeup run. Eczema begins to make her speech to the TV audience when the water pipes break and her hair gets wet, and she asks her workers to turn off the camera because she does not want to look like this. Then Radioactive Man crashes through the wall, and he manages to release his friends in the Superior Squad. Together they start to beat up Eczema and her goons.
Gloria Grand also comes and sees that Madame Eczema has fled. She tells Radioactive Man about this, but he says that she can beat her. Gloria kicks Eczema in the face and she faints. Gloria tells Radioactive Man that she's glad he's back, but wonders how it happened: Claude Kane III also showed up again after he had been missing, so how could they not be the same person? Then Claude arrives and Gloria sees both Claude and Radioactive Man at the same time, and realizes that they can't be the same person. Claude says he came to collect this month's rent. Radioactive Man thanks Plasmo, commenting on his excellent disguise, and Plasmo walks away with Gloria after she falls in love with him. Radioactive Man then becomes a bit angry because Plasmo is so good at being him that he even stole his best girl, and he wishes he was dead.
